Isabella was not a competition dancer, however In 2023, (invited to compete) her first year competing in the Senior category at ADCIBC, she won 1st place and was awarded top 12 in the Finals. A month later, she won 2nd place in the Youth America Grand Prix and 1st place pas de deux and was invited to the finals. Isabella's focus training included private coaching year round with her mother Ms Silvia and summer intensives with acclaimed American Ballet Theater in NYC, John Cranko in Germany, Academie Princesse Grace in Monaco, and Boston Ballet. At age 16 she was invited to be a trainee with The Tulsa Ballet CDE for the 2023-2024 Season where she performed in Tulsa Ballet Company productions of Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, and Strictly Gershwin and the lead role of Nikiya in the Tulsa Ballet CDE end of year La Bayadere performance. She was promoted to Tulsa Ballet Second Company as an Apprentice in 2024 and advanced to full member of Tulsa Ballet II for the 2025-2026 Season. Isabella holds an Associates Degree of Science from Lone Star College and is working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Centered Artificial Intelligence with a Minor in Kinesiology through Texas Tech University Online Program.

Silvia Shook (Mommy), Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Ms. Silvia received her classical ballet training at the Ballet Ecuatoriano de Cámara under the direction of Rubén Guarderas and Cuban ballet master Luis Aguilar. As an advanced student, she performed with the company in productions of Carmen and Cascanueces (The Nutcracker), both locally and on national tours. She earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Dance Management and International Business from Oklahoma City University, where she attended on a dance performance scholarship and performed with the American Spirit Dance Company under the direction of Jo-Rowan showcasing her versatility in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and tap. From 2000 to 2003, she danced with Ballet Oklahoma (today known as Oklahoma City Ballet), under former Artistic Director Bryan Pitts (also former principal dancer with New York City Ballet), performing in productions such as The Nutcracker, Romeo & Juliet, and Dracula. After relocating to upstate New York and starting a family, she joined Northeast Ballet Company (2003–2006), where she performed lead roles in The Nutcracker, including Sugar Plum Fairy, Dew Drop, and Marzipan. In 2006, Ms. Silvia moved to The Woodlands, TX, where she balanced her growing family with teaching her daughter's ballet classes at Woodlands Civic Ballet Studio (2010–2017). During this time, she also stepped into finance, building a successful career in residential lending & real estate. Ms. Silvia is excited to bring her professional experience and all her knowledge into a role that speaks to her heart. As a proud ballet mom, mentor, and dance teacher, she has spent countless hours behind the scenes—supporting dancers, and nurturing a love for classical ballet. Dance has been a central part of her life for many years, and these roles in Dance Management, mentor and coach is a natural extension of that passion.
