The Demi-Pointe is a wonderful way for a dancer to transition from the ballet slipper to pointe shoes. This Demi-Pointe shoes allows the foot to become conditioned to the feel of a pointe shoe. It develops and strengthens muscles in preparation for full pointe work. Additionally a young dancer becomes familiar with tying their ribbons. Thi Demi-Pointe comes with pre-stitched, high-quality satin or cotton ribbons free of charge. Demi-Pointe's sizing follows the UK sizing system, refer to size chart. 
Important: This Demi-Pointe shoes does not contain a shank – the most vital part of a pointe shoe to stand en pointe. This shoe is not for use on pointe, it is only to use as a transitional shoe.
